Golden Years Wellness founder Cheryl Simmons, PhD believes passionately that everyone benefits from movement. This is especially true for seniors. Increases in strength, flexibility, and balance can slow the aging process and help you participate in activities that bring you joy.
When you feel stronger, household chores are easier, and you are more likely to get out of the house to socialize with friends and family. Our goal is to help you move better and feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally…and Cheryl knows how to help you get there safely.
